Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy or use a product from My Epto (“we”, “us”) through myepto.com. By buying, you agree to them.
Products and licences
Our products are digital: software, presets, templates and similar files. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You don't buy the product itself, and you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute it, or share your licence key.
Unless a product page says otherwise, a software licence can be activated on up to two of your own computers.
Payment
Checkout is run by our payment partner, which processes your payment and may act as the seller of record. Prices are shown at checkout, including any taxes that apply.
Delivery
Products are delivered by email and download link straight after payment. If you don't receive yours, check your spam folder and then email us.
Updates and support
We fix bugs and may release updates, but we can't promise that a product will keep working with every future version of third-party software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Support is by email.
Refunds

Liability
Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost work or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you bought applies to that purchase.
