This policy explains what personal data My Epto collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Purchases: your name, email address and order details, from our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
• Licences: for software, your licence key and a non-identifying ID for each computer it's activated on.
• Email: anything you send us when you write to us.
• Sign-ups: when you join a list (launch news, courses or live sessions), your email address, which list you joined, the date, and the country your request came from. This is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and used only to email you about that list.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, activate and check licences, provide support, and send product emails you asked for. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store, such as our payment partner and email provider, and only for those purposes.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records are kept for as long as you might need to re-download or re-activate, and as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@myepto.com. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time.
